Handling, Transit & Order Cut-Off Time of Graneer

Handling Time:
After you place your order, please allow our team 3–5 business days to process it with care.

Transit Time:
Once processed, your order will typically be in transit for about 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time:
Please ensure your order is placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) for same-day processing.

Total Estimated Delivery Time for Graneer in the United States:
We strive to deliver your order within 10–15 business days (Monday through Friday). This time frame is an estimated time frame; you may receive your order sooner.

Shipping Information of Graneer

Shipping Methods:
Currently, we offer standard U.S. shipping. Orders are fulfilled directly from our certified manufacturer and warehouse partners using trusted carriers and freight services, depending on the product type and destination.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product’s size, weight, shipping origin, delivery address, and whether the destination is residential or commercial. Carrier-calculated and app-based rates may apply for certain products.

Delivery Location:
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) using the shipping address provided at checkout. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless explicitly stated.

Freight (LTL) Delivery Information

Large equipment is shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight, which requires special delivery arrangements:

  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Curb-Side Delivery: All LTL deliveries are curb-side only. Carriers do not move shipments onto private property.
  • Unloading Responsibility: Customers must have proper equipment available (such as a forklift, tractor, or skid steer) to unload the shipment. Lift-gate service is not included unless specifically purchased in advance.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order, like updating the shipping address or items, please contact our support team at support@graneer.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, though modifications may not be feasible once your order is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at support@graneer.com for assistance.

Tracking Your Order

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to track your package’s location in real time. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.

Tracking Availability:
Tracking information is generally available 24-48 hours after shipment.

Cancellations

Cancellation Window:
You have a limited time frame to cancel your order after placing it. Cancellations may not be possible once your order is in transit.

It’s important to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Address Correction:

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any reshipping fees or related costs.
