Return & Refund Policy

At Graneer, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing quality agricultural equipment and a customer service experience to match. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-fabricated or special-order items.
  • Equipment that has been installed, used, or fueled.
  • Parts that have been removed from their sealed packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@graneer.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item for return.
  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at support@graneer.com to discuss arrangements. We will work with you to facilitate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@graneer.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
