At Graneer, we provide quality agricultural equipment shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. This direct-shipping model allows us to offer a wide selection of specialized equipment efficiently. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted manufacturing partners.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer and product availability. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer two primary shipping methods:
- Standard Ground: For smaller items, parts, and accessories.
- Freight/LTL: For large and heavy equipment that cannot be shipped via standard ground.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions, and your delivery destination. Please note that Graneer does not offer free shipping.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location, the shipping method, and the carrier. Once your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
Freight (LTL) Deliveries
Large equipment is shipped via freight carrier. Please be aware of the following:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- Most freight deliveries are curbside. You are responsible for moving the equipment from the truck to your property.
- Liftgate Service: If you require assistance unloading your equipment from the truck, please request liftgate service at the time of order or contact us immediately after. Additional charges may apply.
Damaged Shipments
It is crucial to inspect your shipment for any damage upon delivery, before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the equipment itself, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Please report any concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
