Graneer carries quality agricultural equipment from trusted manufacturers. Products listed on our website are shipped directly from the manufacturers. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
4. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order.

In no event shall Graneer, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Graneer and its licensors. The Graneer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Graneer or its affiliates or licensors.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenwood Village, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
