Refund policy
At Graneer, your satisfaction is important to us. We specialize in heavy-duty agricultural, farming, ranch, and landscaping equipment sourced from trusted manufacturers. To ensure a smooth and transparent return process, please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items purchased from Graneer under the following
conditions:
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are installation, modification, damaged or altered are not eligible for returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, freight, or manufacturer restrictions. This includes used or installed equipment, liquid-handling products that have contained chemicals or fuel, custom or special-order items, parts and electrical components, hazardous materials, and items marked as Final Sale or clearance. These items are final sale and non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

with your order number and reason for return. - Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back using the instructions
provided. Include the Return Authorization Number with your shipment.
3. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
Restocking Fee:
Due to manufacturer policies, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price may apply to approved returns, unless the return is due to an error by Graneer.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Large or heavy equipment requiring LTL freight must be arranged and paid for by the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund under the following conditions:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit may be issued.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product or configuration, please return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt
- Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading
- Contact Graneer at support@graneer.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and a copy of the signed delivery receipt
Failure to follow this protocol may result in claim denial by the carrier or manufacturer.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time:
- Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds take time to be officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: There may be a delay before the refund is posted to your account.

8. Return and Refund Policy Updates
