Models 206, 209, and 212 feature a selective double opening gate, ensuring precise material distribution for optimal results. BEFCO Broadcast Spreaders can be quickly connected to a quick hitch, making ideal for rapid deployment in diverse applications across farms, golf courses, food plots, park systems, athletic fields, campuses, and municipal or commercial operations.
Poly-Hop spreaders are built for durability, featuring a robust polyethylene hopper with a stainless steel bottom, they excel in winter conditions by effectively distributing sand or salt for ice and snow control.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Adjustable spread pattern

Hop spreaders are equipped with an adjustable spread pattern that allows operator to spread, prevalently right, prevalently center or prevalently left.

  • Polyethylene hopper

While competitor’s spreaders utilize ultra-thin “see through” polyethylene hoppers, BEFCO’s polyethylene hoppers are so thick and durable that they weigh as much as our metal hoppers.

  • Stainless steel bottom

All Poly-Hop spreaders have a stainless steel bottom.

  • Stainless steel gates

Stainless steel gates opening control on models 206-221, 209-421 and 212-421

  • Stainless steel wings and disc

Adjustable stainless steel spreader wings and disc on models 209-421 and 212-421

  • ASAE Cat. 1 quick hitch compatible

Compatible with ASAE Cat. 1 quick hitches.

WARRANTY

This equipment is covered by a Limited Warranty provided directly by the manufacturer, BEFCO. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship when the equipment is used and maintained as described in the operator's manual.

Warranty Term BEFCO Specifics (Absolute Terminology)
Duration One (1) year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
Coverage Limited to defective material and workmanship only.
Exclusions Normal wear items are excluded, including but not limited to: blades, bearings, drivelines, shear pins, slip clutches, hydraulic hoses, seals, and tires.
Costs The owner will bear the cost of all normal maintenance, repairs for accidents/improper use, and related labor. The owner is also responsible for costs related to cleaning, transporting, mailing, and service calls.

Critical Warranty Requirements

  • Registration: Warranty registration is accomplished by the dealer completing and forwarding the Warranty Registration form and a copy of the dealer's invoice to BEFCO. It is in your best interest to ensure this has been done.

  • Voidance: The warranty will be voided by improper maintenance, accidents, improper use, or the use of non-original spare parts and accessories.

  • Claim Recourse: This limited warranty covers defective material and workmanship only.
