The D90 flail shredders are expertly designed for category 1 and 2 tractors with horsepower ranging from 40 to 90 HP, making them the perfect solution for vineyards and orchards. Available in three mowing widths 60″, 72″, and 88″ these shredders excel at managing agricultural waste and maintaining healthy crops.
Featuring robust cast hammer-type blades, the D90 can efficiently shred prunings up to 2″ in diameter, ensuring effective debris management. The durable cast iron rotor supports are designed and manufactured in-house, and they are assembled with advanced spherical self-aligning bearings to minimize vibrations and enhance operational stability. Additionally, all D90 models come equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that allows operators to offset the mower to the right of the tractor. This offset capability provides greater maneuverability and precision when working in tight spaces.

“A” frame design supports weight of the unit front and back and allows for quick front or rear tractor mounting.

Gearboxes are manufactured by BEFCO and always assembled with top of the line gears, bearings and seals to ensure years of trouble free usage.

  • Cast iron rotor supports

Our cast iron rotor supports are designed and built in-house and assembled using spherical self-aligning bearings.

  • Hydraulic offset cylinder

All D90’s are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder that allows operator to offset the mower to the right of the tractor by 12″ on D90-060 and 16″ on D90-072 and D90-088 models.

  • Heavy duty belt driven transmission

Belt driven transmission with four heavy duty XPBX type belts and manual belt tensioner.

  • Heavy 2 lbs. hammer blades

Heavy hammer blades allow shredder to mow down material up to 2″ in diameter making it ideal for mowing in orchards, vineyards and set-aside fields.

  • Height adjustment roller

Adjustable cutting height from 3/4″ to 5″ is set by raising and lowering the rear roller.

  • Clockwise rotor rotation

Clockwise rotor rotation allows cut debris to be thrown up and around the rotor and then straight down into the ground, reducing the risk caused by thrown objects.

  • ASAE Cat. 1 & 2 quick hitch compatible

Compatible with ASAE Cat. 1 and 2quick hitches.
